umati, the universal machine technology interface, is showcasing its latest advancements at the Hannover Messe in Hall 8, Stand D16/2.
Among the highlights are two demonstrators that demonstrate the capabilities of the platform, as well as the umati dashboard which provides a user-friendly interface for machine data analysis.
In addition, the Machine Information Interoperability department of the VDMA is partnering with umati to present the OPC UA Companion Specifications, including the “OPC UA for Machinery” base specification. The goal of these initiatives is to promote greater interoperability and standardization within the manufacturing industry, allowing machines and systems to communicate seamlessly with each other.
