umati exhibits at the Hannover Messe 2025

Visit umati at Hannover Messe 2025, one of the world’s most important industrial exhibitions. Among the 4,000 exhibitors are many umati partners from the mechanical engineering, electrical and digital industries as well as the energy sector.

Highlights at the umati stand

1. Data Space with interoperable production data
Visitors can look forward to a new demonstrator developed together with T‑Systems that makes use of OPC UA standardized production information in Data Space. It will be shown how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can also achieve a permanent Data Space application of machines from the shop floor. This demonstration serves as a vivid example of practical implementation.

2. Plug and Produce

Another exciting demonstrator has been developed in collaboration with Systec, Siemens and MettlerToledo. This demonstrator focuses on innovative solutions in the field of weighingtechnology through an OPC UA Companion Specification interface. Standardised data is provided independently of the manufacturer: plug and produce becomes a reality.

3. Focus on digitalisation: networking & speed dating at Hannover Messe 2025
Another highlight of Hannover Messe 2025 is the event on 1 April, which is being organised in collaboration with IoT-Use Cases and Hannover Messe. This networking event, including speed dating, will take place in Hall 17 and provide an excellent platform for exchanging ideas on interface standardisation and interoperability. Participants will have the opportunity to make valuable contacts and learn about the latest developments in the field of IoT.
The Hannover Messe 2025 thus provides an ideal platform to discover the latest developments and innovations in the area of Industrie 4.0. The umati stand in Hall 9, F25 is a must-see for anyone interested in the future of industrial networking and data integration.
