What expect­a­tions do you have of umati, what do you expect from the partnership?

We have great expect­a­tions in this new busi­ness rela­tion­ship; we firmly believe that it brings oppor­tun­it­ies to improve and enhance the inter­change of inform­a­tion with machines and sys­tems in the future. We are lead­ing in the same dir­ec­tion as umati and we expect to present com­bined ini­ti­at­ives that will strengthen and rein­force the com­mu­nic­a­tion net­work for our cus­tom­ers. 

What advant­ages does umati offer your com­pany and your customers?

A future intel­li­gent fact­ory is not a faraway goal. Tec­glass is already on its jour­ney to provid­ing their cus­tom­ers with all these resources to make it pos­sible. Our digit­al print­ing line is fully com­pu­ter­ised, being a part­ner of Umati will assure us to fol­low the right way for enter­ing into an inter­na­tion­al net­work who is work­ing in a com­mon way of con­nect­ing machines. 

How do you eval­u­ate the expan­sion of the umati ini­ti­at­ive to the entire mech­an­ic­al engin­eer­ing industry?

The expan­sion is going incred­ibly well, the homo­gen­isa­tion is great news for the industry and we feel that it is a wave that is spread­ing reas­on­ably quickly. Industry 4.0 is a true real­ity and pro­jects such as umati are the greatest news for estab­lish­ing the future of Fourth Indus­tri­al Revolution.
