Strongly pos­it­ive. The col­lab­or­at­ive cre­ation and use of stand­ards and spe­cific­a­tions has enorm­ous poten­tial to increase inter­op­er­ab­il­ity of dif­fer­ent sys­tems and uni­ver­sal connectivity.
