umati License Agreements

Thank you for your interest in con­trib­ut­ing to VDW — Ver­ein Deutscher Werkzeug­maschinen­fab­riken e.V.‘s and VDMA e.V.‘s umati — com­munity.
The pur­pose of this con­trib­ut­or agree­ment is to cla­ri­fy and doc­u­ment the rights gran­ted by con­trib­ut­ors to Us.

To make this doc­u­ment effect­ive, please fol­low the instructions:

• Con­tri­bu­tions to pub­lic repos­it­or­ies at https://github.com/umati will be handled by the CLA Assist­ant in the work­flow of a Pull Request on GitHub.
• To accept con­tri­bu­tions to private repos­it­or­ies of the umati com­munity the leg­al entity must sign a Entity Con­trib­ut­or License Agree­ment before get­ting access to the repositories.
