This simplifies integration with customers’ MES, ERP, and production networks, reducing setup time and costs. For our customers, this brings greater flexibility, enhanced connectivity, and improved production efficiency, allowing them to optimize processes and easily adopt Industry 4.0 technologies. One of the advantages of umati for users is that it is multi-brand, and that makes it easier for them to exchange information between the different devices and machines in their facilities, which are usually of different brands.”
What innovations and new products will you be presenting at the trade fair in this regard?
„On this occasion, we are presenting the CNCelite Series, which as we have mentioned, integrate the umati server based on OPC UA. All the models that make up this series of CNCs, from the top of the range, the 8065elite, to the intermediate model, the 8060elite, or the entry-level model, the 8058elite, all of them include this feature.”
What developments do you see for the future of digitalisation in mechanical engineering and the manufacturing industry? And how can umati help with this?
